FREE USA SHIPPING
We are happy to offer our customers a great value. This is why we provide free shipping to the United States (except Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories) from our warehouse overseas in Asia. The services are provided by E-Packet (Asia) and USPS (USA).

We apologize we are unable to accept orders from Alaska, Hawaii and US territories at this moment. The shipping time for these locations is over 45 days. We are working on providing a faster service to these locations and will announce shortly.

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

United States: 4-14 Business Days*

*This doesn’t include our 2-5 business day processing time.
*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays and covid-19 delays

MISSING PACKAGES
Delicate Beasts is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Delicate Beasts is NOT responsible for any lost/stolen packages.

CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please know that sometimes, due to free shipping, tracking is not available.
